What is the Greenlight Capital LP Referral Program?
We are offering our Referral Party a 1% referral Fee for every investor introduced to Greenlight Capital LP.
Who is eligible to be a Referral Entity?
Any individual or company The Referring Entity is a person or corporation who does not regularly engage in the business of registrable selling activities and will only make introductions. The Referring Entity is not registered with any securities regulatory authority, including without limitation the Ontario Securities Commission pursuant to the Securities Act (Ontario) and National Instrument 31-103 – Registration Requirements and Exemptions.
What is the responsibility of the Referring Entity?
To introduce the interested party to Greenlight Capital LP through a secured form Or by sending an email to Ching.mac@gogreenlightloans.com with the following details:
- Name
- Phone
- Address
What is a restricted activity by a Referral Entity?
Entitlement to Referral Fee
The Referring Entity shall become entitled to receive a Referral Fee, as more particularly described in Schedule C of the Referral Agreement.
How do You earn a Referral Fee?
Simple, once you are registered with Greenlight Capital LP as a Referral Entity simply fill out the Greenlight Capital LP Referral Form
Will Greenlight Capital hold information sessions for my potential investors?
Yes! We can do Webinars, in-person information sessions, and events. Contact us for more details
Once I sign up as a Referral Entity what happens next?
The Greenlight Capital LP team will reach out to discuss the relationship. We will send a Referral Agreement/Introducer Agreement to be signed by all parties. Once the agreement has been executed by all parties Greenlight Capital LP is ready to receive introductions from you.
