We are offering our Referral Party a 1% referral Fee for every investor introduced to Greenlight Capital LP.

Who is eligible to be a Referral Entity?

Any individual or company The Referring Entity is a person or corporation who does not regularly engage in the business of registrable selling activities and will only make introductions.


The Referring Entity is not registered with any securities regulatory authority, including without limitation the Ontario Securities Commission pursuant to the Securities Act (Ontario) and National Instrument 31-103 – Registration Requirements and Exemptions.
