Terms and Conditions:
- The "Greenlight Verico Travel Dollars" incentive is open to all brokers and agents affiliated with VERICO. IT IS FREE TO REGISTER
- To qualify for the rewards offered by Greenlight Capital, brokers and agents must ensure that all relevant files are funded by Greenlight Capital by October 15th, 2024. Failure to meet this funding deadline will result in disqualification from receiving the Greenlight Verico Travel Dollars rewards.
- The Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars have no cash value if they are not redeemed for the VERICO Conference in Jamaica, scheduled for November 10-14, 2024. Failure to utilize the Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars for attendance at the aforementioned conference will result in forfeiture of any associated rights. privileges or rewards and Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars have no cash equivalent.
- Greenlight VERICO Travel dollars are available to the VERICO Brokers and Agents who register with Greenlight Capital before September 30, 2024. This incentive is open to all brokers and agents affiliated with VERICO. To qualify for the rewards, brokers and agents must ensure they have registered with Greenlight Capital before file submission. NO FILES SUBMITTED BEFORE REGISTRATION ARE VALID FOR GREENLIGHT VERICO TRAVEL DOLLAR REWARDS
- Greenlight Travel dollars can be used for VERICO Conference Registration, airfare, and miscellaneous travel costs.
- Pooling deals under the Principal Broker is allowed, but individual agents must be registered with Greenlight Capital.
- No transfers of Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars are allowed.
- Only Brokers or Mortgage Agents Level 2 can submit deals to Greenlight Capital for Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars
- Greenlight Capital reserves the right to modify or terminate this incentive program at any time without prior notice.
- Pay out by October 30, 2024
- Greenlight Capital reserves the right to publish participants' names for promotional and marketing purposes related to this incentive program.
- This is not a VERICO Financial promotion and VERICO Financial has no liability or responsibility for the running and or administration of the Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars promotion.
- Force Majeure: Greenlight Capital shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this promotion if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labour disputes, pandemics, governmental regulations, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party affected ("Force Majeure Event"). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, Greenlight Capital shall promptly notify the other party in writing and shall use reasonable efforts to overcome the effects of the Force Majeure Event. However, if the Force Majeure Event continues for a period of thirty (30) days, Greenlight Capital may terminate this agreement without liability by giving written notice to the other party.
How The Math Works for Greenlight VERICO Travel Dollars
Level 1: $225 per file for 1 to 3 files funded ( 3 x $225.00 = $675.00)
Level 2: $300 per file for 4 to 7 files funded (4 x $300.00 = $1200.00)
Level 3: $375 per file, for files 8 and over (3 x $375.00 = $1125.00)
10 funded Deals = $3,000 towards the cost of your VERICO trip! ($675.00+$1200.00+1125.00=$
3000.00) 15 funded Deals = $4,875 towards the cost of your VERICO trip! (10 funded Deals + 5 x $375.00 = $1875.00= $4875.00)
20 funded Deals = $6,750 towards the cost of your VERICO trip! (10 funded Deals + 10 x $375.00 = $3750.00= $6750.00)
